Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the MumWell mobile application and website operated by MumWell ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Medical Disclaimer

MumWell is a health tracking and information tool. It is NOT a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content provided is for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of your physician, midwife, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. In case of a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  • Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

  • Free Trial: We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
  • Refunds: Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by MumWell on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of MumWell.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MumWell and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MumWell, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from yours access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
